Apart from the bathroom, and excellent hotel with very friendly staff.
Great breakfast, room, location.
Bathroom was badly organised - and the shower was stuck. The loo was so close to the wall it was almost impossible to use.

Exceptional
The hotel was exactly as expected, rooms were spacious and very clean. Everything looked exactly as in the pictures and the view of the canal was very nice. The breakfast had a good range of products and everything was fresh and nicely presented.
The staff could handle more diplomatically the topic of people wanting to refill their water bottles at breakfast, though this in no way impacts the quality of the stay.

Lovely stay
We loved our stay. The location is beautiful, so is all of Bruges! The staff were really accommodating. We were travelling and working remotely and when the wifi was not strong enough in our room them helped to find a place we could work from where it was.
